Joining Beach Fit Social has been one of the best choices I made last year. Being able to train outside on the beach in the fresh air is amazing. The classes are different each time and Peter and Lila ensure all exercises are suitable for all abilities. It’s really good fun and a great challenge and you meet some great people also.

Amazing trainers, fantastic team and beautiful locations! It is more than a group training, it is pure fun, amazing community and trust me real sweat. Lilla and Peter with their professionalism helped all of us to change not only the body but our lifestyle, to be a healthier, happier person. They make all of us feel superheroes, doesn't matter what fitness level we have. Thanks to them and of course my motivating BeachFit Family I did my 1st Spartan race as my 50th birthday challenge! Ready for the next 50 with these beautiful souls (and of course bodies)

Absolutely the best way to excercise right on the beach. The most fun I have ever had while excercising. It is amazing to see people of different age, all doing their best and having an absolute blast. The positive energy of the group is highly contagious. I always leave the sessions charged with positivity.
Peter and Lilla always know how to motivate the group and each person individually. They intuitively know when to push and when to let go. I highly recommend the Beach Fit Social. Best people to do the work with!

I can’t recommend Beach Fit Social enough.
Professional, friendly and highly motivating training from Peter and Lilla in an idilic location.
The feel good factor and friendliness of all clients is great.
Sessions are always slightly different every time which helps keep the motivation going and they always offer alternatives to cater for all fitness levels.
I always leave the beach feeling happier and stronger

Peter und Lilla haben meine Zeit mit den Bootcamp- und Yogastunden am Strand in Palmanova so sehr bereichert! Das war das Beste am ganzen Urlaub ? Die beiden haben so eine tolle Energie, ich war sehr motiviert ❤️
Auch der Stand, die Luft und die Aussicht sind wundervoll. Ich war ziemlich jeden Tag für eine Woche dabei und es gab jedes Mal unterschiedliche Übungen. Ihre Stunden sind sehr durchdacht und abwechslungsreich ?
Ich danke euch nochmals dafür!!

Lilla and Peter are amazing at what they do. They made me feel welcome from my first moment. They are both patient and encouraging. I look forward to their classes and this is from someone who used to hate exercise. I feel stronger and fitter since attending their classes.

Looking forward to starting another year 2022 back with the Beachfit Crew
Made friends for life and have never felt so healthy and full of energy
Losing a few kilos was Defo the reason I started these classes but didn’t realize the overall benefits I’ve gained……
I did my 1st Spartan Race last year !!!!
And have booked my next one for April
Never thought I’d have the fitness levels that were needed to compete in a such a competition, but thanks to not only Peter&Lila’s amazing classes but the support from all the Beachfit Family
