Een aanrader voor iedereen die wil genieten van rust, netheid en in de watten gelegd wil worden. Je voelt je thuis. Zeer geliefd bij Belgen. Van hieruit ben je snel in Marbella, Malaga. We komen hier zeker terug. An en Hans, jullie zijn geweldig.

We have spent three perfect days at Cortijo Piltraque. ||The house is only 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, in the middle of mountains, with an amazing view. Ideally located to visit Andalucia (Malaga, Cordoba, Granada...). ||We were welcomed by Hubert, the nice Belgian owner, with a delicious meal on the terrace (Hubert is a former Chef and he is really talented!). ||The house and the rooms are very comfortable and quiet, very well decorated with luxury as well as simplicity. In winter you can enjoy chimney fire in your room.||And in summer (which is our experience) you will enjoy the deck-chairs around the huge and warm swimming-pool surrounded by the mountains. ||We absolutely recommend this little piece of heaven!

We were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived by the lovely owners. They have managed to combine luxury with simplicity to create a wonderfully peaceful getaway. The setting is superb up in the mountains above Malaga and the views from the terrace must be unrivalled in the valley. The rooms are very tasteful. Hubert's cooking is wonderful and always delivered with a friendly smile. And if you like dogs, then you are in for a treat. My wife and I went for a holiday but came away with so much more. We will certainly be back.

Only a 30 minute drive away from Malaga City Center, this oasis of peace and hospitality blew our mind. We stayed for a week, and we will definitely return when we pass through the region. Hubert is a great host, and makes sure that everyone enjoys their stay. Breakfast is superb with fresh juice, a breakfast buffet and eggs the way you want them. If you like, you can stay for dinner, which never disappointed. The 15m long pool is heated, so you're never cold, and the location of this B&B is ideally situated to explore the mountains and beaches surrounding mallaga. Highly recommended!

Wir mögen die Umgebung von Colmenar und sind daher sehr froh, dort ein Gästehaus wie das Cortijo Piltraque kennen und schätzen gelernt zu haben. Das Gebäude ist sehr aufwendig renoviert worden, die Zimmer sind groß und in einer Art "Long Island-Stil" eingerichtet, der unserem Geschmack sehr entgegen kommt. Das gilt auch für den großzügigen Gemeinschaftsbereich, von dem aus man auf die riesen Terrasse mit Pool, Liegen, Daybeds und einigem mehr gelangt. Hubert ist ein entspannter Gastgeber, der zudem mehrmals pro Woche abends ein 3-Gang-Menü anbietet - sehr lecker und qualitativ herausragend. Wir hatten außerdem das Glück, mit zwei anderen Essensgästen und Hubert eine amüsante und interessante Unterhaltung führen zu können. So macht Urlaub Spaß - gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.
