Très mauvais emplacement. Quartier qui craint +++ pas de parking à proximité.
Check in très compliqué car il faut les cartes d’identité de toutes les personnes présentes, c’est long, il faut attendre une validation. Bref, il y a plus de risques de se faire voler le téléphone qu’autre chose !
L’appartement est propre.

Extremely bad experience to check in. Worst check in experience ever. We booked thru hotels.com and expected we would able to check in right away upon arrival but it’s not. There’s no one no front desk to help with check in. I had to call a number (glad we have local phone no otherwise more screw up) and was told I “supposed” to receive an email with a link to fill out all info before I could get the apartment access but somehow hotels.com couldn’t link with them and never send out to us? It’s not their fault ? So it’s my fault

After I spent 10-15 mins fill it out everyone info. There was no response. I needed to call again and was told I needed to pay a tax before I could get a code and the payment link never work. I tried over 5-6 times using all my 3-4 cards. We stood outside of the building after 20 hrs of flight and they refused to let us in. I called over 10 times and they said maybe it’s my Canada Visa card so the payment didn’t go thru. ?

Then why would you let Canadian to book your place if everything never work out and have us to check it in. It was way too frustrated everyone stood outside and no access to the room. At last it took us over an hr to check in and pay and let us stand outside of the building after 20 hrs flight . It’s too ridiculous. I could have way more choices by paying $2xx a night than to deal with this shit . No one at this company ever apologize and they said it’s a standard procedure. Even the room is ok not fancy it functions but I will not recommend anyone who comes from overseas

Casa molto pulita e accogliente. Siamo stati bene in 5. Piccolo kit di accoglienza con capsule di caffè e bustine di te, lo abbiamo apprezzato. I letti sono comodi. Le finestre non fanno passare i rumori esterni. Il banco ha tutto quelli che serve tranne il bidet, ma poco importa. Unico problema il parcheggio vicino alla casa: si trovano quelli a pagamento ma ci vuole un po' di fortuna.

The apartment was lovely - spacious, well-equipped and with a lot of light. Cosy and clean. Heating was working well. Showers are nice and the hot water comes fast. To park use a nearby parking called "Viajeros".
The only negative point is that there is a bar under the building and some days they put music and talk aloud until 22:30h.

Had some issues checking in without doing anything wrong on my part. Also in the ventilation system there seems to be an added odour output just like casinos in Las Vegas. This is actually pretty bad for anyone with asthma or allergies. This is something you cannot switch off. There also a lot og alcoholics and a few homeless sleeping on benches outside. This is not something I mind but I know many others do. Room was off great quality 👌🏽 Everything you need is in the apartment.

Chambre spacieuse ! literie confortable ! appartement tres bien équipé.
On ne rencontre pas les propriétaires car système de code pour l'éntrée donné à une heureuse précise.
La place nécéssiterait un coup de propre ou de verdure pour rendre le quartier encore plus jolie.
Impossible de se garer dans la rue, un parking proche, parking viajeros est parfait !

It is okay place to stay but not that great very small bathroom like very tiny showers, no breakfast options, lift very small, a little expensive and not that quite. No one from staff is there if u need any help.
