The lobby and hall is ok but over all it needs renovation, plus point is tickets are reasonable but etables like any other theatre is expensive I personally feel and avoid eating because its total waste of money.

1. Dolby Atmos sound is not working visited more then 4 time in Dolby Atmos screen thinking now I will get good experience but it's not.
2. Screen 2 has a black line on screen due to which movie experience is disturbing. Taking 300rs + not worth.
3. Audiance gets late due to traffic or security checking, lift is single n slow and movie on time start is worst customer experience. Audience continuously walk between screen with mobile light ON till 15 mins due to which it's very disturbing experience. Atleast start movie 5 min late,so that audience should get time to settle down.

I would have rated 5 star but Waiting Area on 4th floor AC is not On we told Person to Start or do something About it,he told On Haina and went , customer were Complaining still no response from MovieMax.
Rest inside the theatre lucky AC was Working well & Good.
Seats are Good in seating & Comfortable.
Washroom are Maintained Good & clean.
Parking available.
Near to station.
Bus stop also near.

I recently visited the Cinema theater to watch Godzilla and Kong , I booked them due to Dolby Atmos but the movie voice was slower than the Audience voice and I think it's not working. All expectations got collapsed 😔😔.

Other wise , Cinema Hall 📽️ 🎥 Cleanliness 🧹 are next level and and also having the facilities for serving the food till 3:00 pm for also possible for last movie 🍿 show.

Overall experience was 9/10 😎😄👼🏻

Before entering the theater, please ensure everything is in order. Sometimes, they cancel the screening and claim there are technical issues, offering a refund instead. Based on the number of people coming, they seem to decide whether to create an "error" or not. This has happened more than five times. Please stop repeating this drama. I am really tired to waste my traveling money and all. If you fix one day please let me know 🙏

Sound quality is average, Screen quality is poor, Parking facility is like a nightmare.. NO AC in comman area very cheap price with very costly food item.. with low quality.. will never visit again

The place used to be in miserable condition but I'm glad that the place has been renovated and is now in good condition.

The theatre has good sound quality and video quality to offer it's customers.
The food counter area has been renovated too and now appears more neat and tidy than before.

The interiors are good and very well lit.

The only problem is the poor condition of the mall within which is located. The entrance, exit and the parking space is in very poor condition and needs immediate attention.
