I've been training here for 2+ years, focusing on lifting, Jiujitsu at Flow Academy, and strength and conditioning with a trainer.

The facility is a playground for adults, offering everything from powerlifting and CrossFit to Pilates, Padel, cold plunges, octagons, boxing rings, classes, a full service restaurant, barber, salon and more.

Carlos Varona, @carlosvaronabjj, leads one of the best BJJ classes on the coast. His class attracts a diverse range of skill levels and bodies, including drop-ins from around Europe due to the tourist traffic that comes to Marbella which is great. Carlos, offers impeccably detailed technique instruction. He's an excellent professor, breaking down techniques simply and effectively, with classes following a structured monthly format.

Antonio at the barber shop is also one of the BEST barbers in the area. He’s been cutting my BFs hair since we found him. A guy who is phenomenal at his craft, very precise, top-notch professionalism.

@gabri_coach, one of the MMA/Muay Thai coaches, is highly sought after in the gym, particularly for fighters in camps or looking to level up. He’s quite credentialed, well connected to therapists, nutrition and beyond. He has quite a roster of athletes and is a really genuine character too. Over the last six months, he's played a crucial role in improving my strength and conditioning.

Finally, the cafe has really great coffee and the staff are super friendly.

Memberships are 70€ with so much included and the drop ins are I think around 15€ which is a great value considering you can really spend the whole day there between all the activities they offer.

There is also dog sitting and child-care on site too. Honestly the services they offer is extensive. If you’re visiting and coming to lift, peak hours are very busy. 2-5 is the best time to train.

Honestly one of the best gyms I have ever been to. It seems to be a bit of an ‘influencer’ gym, especially with some of the machines actually having selfie sticks built onto them.

The place has everything, from running and cardio machines, free weights that I saw went up to 60kg dumbbells, boxing rings, mma cages, rope climbs, climbing walls, gymnastics matts, trampolines, padel courts, snack bar, supplement bar etc.

It cost me 20 euros per session although you can pay 95 euro for a month with a 30 euro joining fee.

Staff were really great behind the reception.

And they have massage rooms, a cafe and a whole host of other services there.

There’s an indoor part and an outdoor part, and they have a sauna, steam room, hot pool and cold plunge.

I could spend hours here.

Great variety of equipment. I went at Xmas time so it was quieter.
€15 is good value for a daily pass.

Things the gym could improve on: hygiene, outdoor gym is pretty filthy. Plates/DBs thrown everywhere. Plates left on machines. Gym needs to educate it's members to have more respect for equipment.

El club muy bien, falta mas seguridad dentro que hasta han robado un bolso en la zona de baño.
Pero lastima la gente, el pestazo que hay desde
Primer hora, es insoportable respirar ese olor deberian prohibir el acceso a estos que no se duchan o no se
Lavan la ropa. Ya es responsabilidad del club esta situación. Yo buscando otro sitio para ir por estas dos situaciones.

Excellent gym with an extensive range of amenities and convenient services. They have and indoor and outdoor area. However, they tend to encounter difficulties with payment processing, particularly for three-month advance payments.

Recently, prices have increased to 70€, or 65€ with credit card registration. Due to its popularity, the gym tends to be very crowded at peak hours.
